How long does it take to open an account?
If you use Telegram sign up, all you need is open the app there. Registration happens automatically. You need not do anything. If you prefer using Wep app, you need to provide a valid email address. This email will be required to sign in.
What is the currency used for betting?
All bets are denominated in USD.
How can I deposit funds into my account?
It's easy. Right now you may transfer funds in TON or ETH. It takes a few moments for transaction to get confirmed. You may use any crypto wallet. Pretty soon we'll be adding a whole bunch of cryptos you can use to deposit to your account.
How long does it take to transfer funds to or from account?
It depends on multiple factors, all of which are beyond our control. Deposits are getting confirmed relatively fast; within a minute or two you must see your account credited. For withdrawals, it may take a bit longer, up to 10-20 minutes.
How does it work, any way?
In a nutshell, you have two options. You can take someone's bet. For instance, there's a pending bet worth 20 USD. If you take it, and your team wins you get your money back plus the bet. Or you can make your own bet on any game open for betting and wait for somebody to, essentially, bet against you.
Can I cancel my bet?
You can cancel your bet any time before it's taken. Once it's taken, the bet cannot be canceled.
What does 'blocked' mean?
When you place your bet, the amount you bet is automatically blocked on your account. You can't use it until after the bet is resolved/canceled. This is a security measure to guarantee that better will always pay their debts.
Is there a standard bet amount?
The bets have predetermined value: 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 in USD currency.
Is there a history of all my deposits, withdrawals and bets?
Yes, the whole history of all your financial operations is available to you. You can see everything.
